Ultra low bandwidth, outdoor, battery-powered,
covert, cellular wireless digital video surveillance
system appears to be an ordinary traffic barrel. It
requires no wires and is installed simply by placing
it on the ground. It forms many different video
streams for each of two internal cameras to handle
a wide range of image and communications needs,
records all streams internally, the best with better
quality than can be sent live, and provides Internet
access to live and recorded video even over
damaged and congested networks. It contains
Boundless’ ultra low bandwidth, Multi-Stream
Video Server™, that supports team viewing and
has optimized PTZ control for low latency. Rugged
solid state disk provides long video storage.
