CSCI is UL compliant (since 1989) and is equipped with fully redundant computer, receivers, telephone and power to achieve uninterrupted monitoring for your customers. CSCI offers monitoring tailored to your needs, and we make billing simple by using flat rates - so we do not ding you every time we get a signal or you make a change. We work with AlarmNet, Uplink, Telguard; we have DMP, DSC and Sureguard receivers; our software is MasterMind. All monitoring employees enter 6 weeks of rigorous training and background checks. We are committed to excellence. Our Current operators average over 10 years working with CSCI, 22 years average in the office.
